From walking barefoot to school as a child to serving in military, where he guarded aircraft with a 10-pound radio, his path has been anything but ordinary. After his time in the military, he pursued education at a local community college and later found solace in nature as a golf course manager, a role he likened to farming—a job he deeply enjoyed.

 

For over 20 years, LeRoy honed his craft, even contributing articles to the country club where he worked. But it wasn’t until a painful divorce ended his 14-year marriage that he fully embraced writing as a means to heal and reflect.
